How to gain weight fast in 1 month?

When you are trying to gain weight, the first step will be to double your calorie intake. Try to consume more calories then you burn. It is also best to eat all the extra calories in several meals, not all at once.
Proteins and high fat foods/beverages are great. Try eating more bananas, cottage cheese (works well), meats, whole milk, bread, peanut butter, potatoes, pasta, rice, etc…. There is a wide range of tasty foods to use snacking.
