How to Freeze Cooked Rice

0

Let rice cool to room temperature. Put one cup of cooked rice in freezer zip lock bags. Squeeze out air as much as possible. Close the bag and store in the freezer. This will be good for three months. Don’t thaw the bags when needed. Put the un-opened bag in microwave at high for three minutes. You will see the bag puff up with steam. Let it cool. The rice is ready to serve.
