How to format a Leadership Conclave?
Hi, Greetings! I am working with Par Excellence which is into the business of Leadership Learning and Management Consulting. We have been organizing informal and facilitative HR conclaves called ‘HR Cafe’. The main purpose was to provide an interesting platform to the HR professionals which is free of lectures, downloads, paper presentations and other pretentiously profound and conventional conclave practices; which all when present form an ineffective knowledge sharing mechanism. In the ‘HR Cafe’ there is no dais and the format is very interactive, wherein these People Practice gurus discuss, share notes, lend each other a helping hand and often found solutions to their complex problems from the fellow professionals.
