How to Fold a Dollar Bill Into a Ring?
It’s easy to fold a dollar bill into a ring. Begin with the back side of the bill facing you, folding the top and bottom edges under and fold the bill in half twice. Fold the end so that the one dollar symbol is in a squared area and fold 90 degrees halfway across. Fold that part around the back side, then turn the bill over and make the ring circle.
