How to fix dripping faucets?

Depends on what type of faucets you have. Always shut off the water and don’t rely on the shut offs under the sink. They always fail when you need them. Let the water drain out at a low point. From here if you just need to replace the washers-just pop out the C or H or whatever and there should be a screw. Unscrew it and eventually you end up at the washer. you have to unscrew the assembly and the washer will be in the bottom attached with yet another screw. Run to Home Depot and buy exactly the same size and shape, pop it back in and reverse the above. It’s easy. Put Vaseline on anything that screws that is plumbing. That way they don’t freeze up and can be taken apart easily later. You could also have an o ring. And I just realized that a faucet I bought is not repairable and had to just throw the cheap thing away. Anyone at any home repair place can give you exact instructions. . .or should be able to and you should be able to look it all up on the internet.
