I wish I could be more specific about how the shortcuts are malfunctioning, but the behavior is really quite mysterious. One shortcut seems to be running the application without the required command line parameters; another shortcut seems to be running the wrong application (albeit a related one) — But these are just guesses. All I really know is that they aren’t working on these PCs the way they used to, and the way they still do on other PCs. I could really use some good documentation on Windows Installer Shortcuts. All advice is appreciated.
