How to fix a bug within a Sprint?
The only thing that the team works on within a Sprint are the Product Backlog items that they have selected and items that are specifically included as exceptions, for instance, it wouldn’t be very wise for a team to refuse to fix severity 0 bugs, application failure situations, if they are responsible for maintaining existing products. We often tell a team to set aside time for to work on incidents like this if these types of situations occur. However, defects that aren’t critical are not part of a Sprint unless specifically called for as part of the Sprint planning meeting.
