How to find the Combined Nomenclature (CN) code of my product through the Export Helpdesk?
The Import Tariffs section enables users to get access to detailed information concerning import tariffs and other measures that apply to a particular product. Click on the ‘Search’ link, enter your product description and click the Search button. If the product description is in the catalogue a Search Results page will open with a list of products and their respective codes. If you could not find the product code, click on the ‘Browse’ link on the Import Tariffs Input Form and you find the description for your product listed in one of the 20 sections. If you still do not find the code, we suggest applying for The Binding Tariff Information (BTI) of your product: (http://europa.eu.int/comm/taxation_customs/databases/bti_en.htm).
