How to find information about genes on Affymetrix GeneChips?
• Go to http://www.affymetrix.com/index.affx • Click on NetAffx (at top of page) • Click NetAffx Affx Analysis Center • Register if you have not done so already, if registered, enter password. • Click on Quick Query on far left hand side https://www.affymetrix.com/analysis/netaffx/quickquery.affx • Scroll down in first box to select array (i.e, HG-U133 plus 2.0) • Enter gene or probe ID of interest in box. • A list of transcripts will appear, select entire area and cut and paste into excel.
