How to find content creators for business related educational material (lectures & test questions)?
My partners and I operate an educational website. The website is free to visitors. In order to populate the website with content, we find content creators in Russia and ask them to write lectures & questions on business related subjects (i.e., management, marketing). We pay about $100 per lecture as the lectures require a lot of proofreading and adjusting (mainly the language). It is difficult to find a person who would know a subject and English in Russia (because most people speak Russian and maybe little English). We have tried posting on Russian freelance websites with very minimal return on the time invested into doing this. What other options are available to (a) find freelance content creators for a decent price (website does not generate any income yet, so all investments are from personal savings) and (b) obtain content (lectures and test questions on business related subjects, like managerial accounting, finance, statistics, etc.) for a reasonable price and without copyright
