For one she is just your friend so you can’t file anything for her only her or her legal guardians can.Second why are you afraid to involve the police?Do you not understand this guy is dangerous and if you all do not let the law do their job it will get worse.Third if a restraining order is filed the police and a judge become involved so there is no way to avoid that.You friend does not deserve to be abused and the only way to stop it is to follow the proper legal channels.
