Tie the feet of the elk to a tree to prop it up. Take the skin off the elk completely. Cut each leg off. It will help to have someone hold the leg as you cut it. Cut the meat off on one side, the flip the milk to the other side and remove all meat that you want. Make sure to wash your hands!
