Then you would like us to invest time in instructing you on how to improve so you can do this or that. Ok, get some tracing paper. Put it over a printed out copy of this image. Trace. There you are done. Or, get a light box. Trace image onto paper. Ink and color. There you are done. Or, use photoshop. Place Image as background. Create new layer. Trace and color. There you are done. Now you can draw…erm trace… like this. If you really want help it would benefit you to include examples of what you can do. Points in pic: Perspective and foreshortening.
