To put an icon for the Yahoo Mail program on your desktop, click on the Start button and find the program under “Programs” or “All Programs” on the Star Menu, then right click on Yahoo Mail, then left click on Send To, then left click on Desktop. To put an icon for the Yahoo Mail website onto your desktop, right click on a blank space on your desktop, then left click on New, and then left click on Shortcut. The New Shortcut Wizard window will appear. Type in the following in the textbox in the New Shortcut Wizard window: http://mail.yahoo.com/ Then press Enter. A shortcut icon leading to the Yahoo Mail website will be added to your desktop.
