I would go through this as I answer the question but my PC has not been working for a while now (BoSD kinda) so I am going to try to see if I can do this in my head. When you install the game, there should be a folder in the Documents (Vista) or My Documents (XP) folder. It should say EA. If you go into that folder, then you go to a folder that should say downloads, that is where you can put all of your custom content. Like new cars, textures for wallpapers and such. When you are in the game, any custom content in the game should have what appears to be a large asterik on it. To specify which content was downloaded. And when you start the game, before you click on a neighborhood, you should get a warning showing which content was downloaded, if you did not turn this feature off. I am not sure that these were the proper instructions because I was trying to picture it in my head. lol But I know for sure that there is an “EA” folder in the Documents or My Documents folder.
