Both software & database packages are available in .zip format. For an application: • Select the GPS Pilot software on the Try it! page. Save the ZIP files on your machine. (Tracker, Atlas, Fly packages contain 2 executable files: program_name.prc and MathLib.prc.) • Unzip to get the program_name.prc and Mathlib.prc files. If you do not have a Zipper program, try WinZip at www.winzip.com. • Install the prc files using the Palm install tool • Hotsync • For the commercial versions, you will need to enter your registration code in the about box of the application. For databases: • on the FREE GPS Pilot locations database page, select the name of the databases you want to download into your Palm. Save the ZIP files on your machine. • Unzip to get the database_name.pdb file. If you do not have a Zipper program, try WinZip at www.winzip.com. • Install the prc files using the Palm install tool • Hotsync The two downloading processes can be done at the same time.
