Rules: 1) The picture must be avaliable on the internet some where. 2) You must know the URL or path to the pic. 3) You must enter the HTML code to make the picture show up or post the pic on the Picture Post or Boats For Sale board. These board have extra fields to make it easer to post pictures on them. I have seen several people attempt to post a picture by entering the URL to the web page which containes the picture. The URL will usually end with a “.html”, “htm”, “shtml” or “.stm”. This will not work because the URL points to a web page and not the actual picture. A picture URL usually ends with a “.bmp”, “.jpg”, “.gif”, or “.tif”. If you have a pic on the web, and you are not sure what the URL is to the picture it self, you can ask the web browser to tell you what it is. All you have to do is place the mouse cursor on the pic in the web page. Click the right mouse button. This will bring up a menu. Select “Properties” from the menu.
