how to dismantle HP psc 2410 so I can clean the ink pads below?

my hp psc 2410 is printing extremely slow. I was adviced to remove and clean or replace the ink pads below that absorb excess ink. I have partially dismantled it, but can not take it apart enough to get to yhe pads.
