How to disable Windows File Protection in Windows 2000 Server with SP3 or later?

I want to disable the WFP in Windows 2000 Server with SP3 or later. I have tried to follow the instruction in http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/790. However, I cannot copy sfc1.dll to overwrite sfc.dll since sfc.dll is also protected by WFP. Thank you for any help.
