How to design a Comprehensive Salary Structure, Benefits and Stock Options for India Private Limited Technology Company ?
I want to start an Offshore Company and want to devise a structure with – Base Salary – Provident Fund Contributions – Stock Options – Benefits – Perks – Annual Bonus / Incentives I know India uses CTC(Cost to Company Model) and want to know what is the best model to give more cash in hand for employees yet have their bonuses tied to performance and definitely give them stock options and restricted stock based on their level.
