How to delete ALL files on hard drive, except ONE data folder so I can reinstall XP Pro?

Subject says it all… How can I delete all the files on my hard drive, EXCEPT for one folder full of data. Once that is done I want to install Windows XP Pro. Currenlty the drive is formatted NTFS under Windows XP Pro. I have a 73gig folder of data I cannot erase and I do not have enough room elsewhere to move it to. HELP!
