Don’t react at all. People like that are energy vampires and feed off everything you give back. The best way to deal with it is to visualize a shield around you, inside the shield you are totally at peace. Be in your happy place, or as has been said, Be SILENT. Rest your mind by thinking of the ocean or whatever makes you happy and be happy no matter what this person dishes out.
