Generally you cannot cure a urinary tract infection without the need for some antibiotics. Its not advisable to leave it in the hope that it will go away, so if you have noticed signs of a urinary tract infection then you need to get it checked as soon as possible. Although treatment with antibiotics is normally enough if left it can cause long term medical issues. Unfortunately you cannot avoid getting the infection and pregnant women are more at risk. This again needs urgent attention so that it doesn’t cause premature birth of the baby.
