Nope, there isn’t. And you didn’t get it from exercising with makeup on. Whoever told you that is an idiot. Pinkeye is caused by bacteria and you had to of caught it from someone else’s bacteria and then put your finger in your eye. IF your eye is just red and not goopy or swollen, then you probably just irritated it. Flush it with some saline drops (if you have any) and/or put a warm compress on it. But if it is getting goopy and/or swollen, it would be best that you NOT do the volleyball game or else you risk spreading the pinkeye to not just everyone on your team, but everyone on the other team.
