How to create HTML (colorful) messages?
If your set your messages to HTML, but you don’t insert any HTML tags inside them (like

), the message will appear as a solid, uninviting block of text. That is the nature of HTML language – you format the message by adding HTML tags. Without HTML tags it’s a mess 🙂 We have a ‘Preview HTML’ feature. Just check a ‘checkbox’ and preview your HTML messages to make sure they are formatted correctly before sending.
