In order for end-user to create and delete User Code, they must know their own Master Code and the model of the alarm system. Please DO NOT attempt to create or delete User Code if you are not sure of the model of the alarm panel. You must use the correct alarm panel, otherwise it will erase all previous programming. For information on Master Code and the model of the alarm system, please refer to your user manual or call Polyway at 416-298-7497.
