You can create a new user trackpoint via MapAdvisor menu Action->NewTrackpoint. You may drag the stylus across the screen to the point where you wish to place the trackpoint. The coordinates of the point touched by your stylus are shown on the status bar to make it easier to locate the correct coordinates.
