Please choose your default server encoding by going to “Tools | Global Options | Connection | Server Encoding”. For instance, Chinese country should choose GB18030 as their default server encoding. Individual FTP site’s server encoding can be specified at “Sites | Site manager | Options | Server Encoding”. For the F3 Viewer, you can specify its encoding at “Global Options | Operation | Viewer Encoding”.
