Answer Once you have completed installation of Nortel CallPilot Desktop Messaging for Lotus Notes, you need to go through the initial setup. Please follow the steps outlined below. Open Lotus Notes, then open your Mailbox. Click the [+] next to Views to expand, and then click the [+] next to CallPilot Desktop Messaging to expand, then Click Inbox. Note: This is your CallPilot Desktop Messaging Inbox view, which is separate from your regular e-mail Inbox. Same applies to Drafts and Sent views. When asked to create a cross certificate choose Yes. For any Execution Security Alert dialogue boxes, ensure that the signer is Nortel/nortellab then choose ‘Start trusting the signer to execute this action’ before clicking OK. When Notes prompts you to “Create Cross Certificate” for organization “/nortellab”, answer Yes. Enter your CallPilot mailbox number and password, when prompted. Check the box next to “Remember password” to ensure you will not be prompted for it every time you open your Call
