How to copy my data and convert Gatan formatted images into other formats?
We strongly suggest you save images into Gatan format first, then convert into the format you want. To copy, please go to the basement computer room (0022). On the desktop of the pc-computer, you can find a shortcut to “2010F users”. You can directly copy your data using USB stick, Zip-drive or CD writer. To convert, run DigitalMicrograph program on the computer, go to File–>Batch Convert to convert images into the format you want. You may have to copy your data on the computer first. Please remember to delete the temporary files on the computer.
