How to Cook Roast Beef
The great thing about roast beef is that it can be cooked in a wide variety of ways. One of the easiest ways to cook roast beef is to cook it within a slower cooker and add vegetables like potatoes, carrots and onions to the pot, as well as some beef broth and V8 juice to the mixture. You can also season the meat with any seasoning you like but Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and a bit of garlic works best here.
