How to cook ribs on gas grill
To grill ribs on a gas grill, prepare the grill for indirect heat. That means to only light one side of the grill. Wrap seasoned ribs in aluminum foil and once the grill reaches about 350 degrees place the rib package on the unlit portion of the grill. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours on the indirect heat. If you want BBQ ribs, take ribs out, brush on the sauce, and grill on direct heat for 20 minutes.
