How to Cook Ribs on a Gas Grill?

The best way to grill ribs is on an indirect grill. An indirect grill is when you lit half the grill and use the side that is not lit, with a closed cover. Season ribs as you desire and wrap in aluminum foil. Place on indirect heat and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours for 2 to 4 pounds of ribs. Remove from the aluminum foil and place on the direct heat side and continue to cook, basting with BBQ sauce, for another 20 minutes, or until done.
