Oh yeah, tinfoil packets on a grill = yummy fish. Make sure you defrost the fish before you put it in the packets though. I like doing this: 1 lb. fish fillets 1 medium carrot, thickly cut 1 zucchini, chopped 1 yellow squash, chopped salt and pepper to taste 1 clove of garlic 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 tsp. lemon juice. Combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice in a small bowl. Brush both sides of the fillets with the mixture, then add salt and pepper. Lay out a square of aluminum foil. The foil should be about 1.5 feet long. Place the fish fillet in the center of the foil and surround it with the chopped veggies. Fold two sides of the foil up so the meet in the middle. Roll down to seal, making sure not to squish the fish inside. Repeat with the other side. Toss the packets on the grill. They’ll take about 15-20 minutes to cook.
