How to Cook Boneless Prime Rib
Cooking boneless prime rib or rib eye is very easy. Place in a cooking pan with the fat side up. Salt and pepper and drizzle a little oil on top. Place in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes. Turn the heat down to 350 and cook approximately 20 minutes per pound. This will give you a medium rare prime rib. Serve with horseradish or au jois.
