How to convince parents to take me to an anime Convention?
If your parents don’t want to take you, then see if some friends who do have a car are able to. Find out if there are some people planning to go that live in your town and arrange to car pool with them. Some people are really nice about this. If that does not work, then you can at least make a deal with your parents. Promise them that you will clean the house/wash dishes/etc. in exchange for taking you to the convention. Don’t feel bad about not being able to find a job. Many people are having this problem nowadays. If you don’t have your liscense, you should really work on getting it That way maybe your mom will at least allow you to borrow the car, or you could take a rental in the future. Once you are able to find a job, you should look for a car.
