You can’t convince him to marry you. If you’re having problems in your relationship, it is not a good idea to get married. Marriage doesn’t solve problems, it’s not a magic healer. Then if it doesn’t work out it’s a lot harder to leave. He is probably waiting for the right time, and to be honest now doesn’t sound like it is.
