Using the migration tools, You can convert an Outlook file to Lotus Notes. There’s an option to install the Migration tools using the Lotus Notes installation. You need to run the software, install again if you didn’t include those then be sure they are selected.

Once the Migration tool installed, Open a command prompt: Start > Run > “cmd” then locate to your Lotus Notes install directory.

Here’s how it looks by default: c:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes

To get there, type: cd progra~1\ibm\lotus\notes and press Enter. Then, type the command: Nupgrade 3 and press Enter. Be sure not to forget the number 3 at the end of the command. Next, follow the prompts to convert your Outlook Data to Lotus Notes. Please ignore the dialog that says ” Exchange ” and be sure that you already configured and you still have Outlook thinking it is the system default Mail application.
