How to control angry?
Controlling anger is difficult a task but can be overcome by following these attitudinal changes Lower expecttation from others-we at times feel others r as capable as we r,when they dont stand upto that we get irritated we expect high from others in response,respect,service-if we dont get we get irritated 2-putting ourselve in others shoe-when others have compulsions-if we think him to respond to us-and if he fails it irritates communicating skill-we dont communicate effectively and the other does something else 3-arrogance,ego in us 4-not looking 4 best of others and an attitude 2 find fault. listening to people and having a happy 2 help attitude see ur anger will be in control and d world will look beautiful,yes at times get out of the place for a moment that irritates u before u react think a while.
