How to construct a PDB input file for R.E.D. Server using Jmol?

0

Jmol based java applets have been developed allowing any user to build PDB input files for R.E.D. Server. Six templates are available for building any type of nucleosides, amino acids, monosaccharides, inorganic complexes and organic or heterocyclic molecules. To be able to use this feature, a user has to install the J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE) on her/his front-end worstation (see the help about configuring Java on Lunix).
