If the credit card holder is not as same as the passenger’s name, you are required to fill out ” CreditCard Authorization Form ” and send photo copy to us by fax or email to complete the payment. Your booking will NOT be finally confirmed until we receive the “Credit Card Authorization Form” and the photo copy. “Credit Card Authorization Form” and photo copy can be sent to us by fax at: 86-10-58158822 or email us at payment@chinatraveldepot.com .
