Click on Tools from the top menu and select Options. From the top menu, click on the Lightning button. The drop down menu for your timezone will appear. From the dropdown menu, select America/NewYork (use New York instead of Toronto because this is backward compatible for JAVA). Click Ok to Save changes and continue.
