How to clean piercings?
Salt water and plain unscented antibacterial soap are what I was told to use for my nipple piercings. Don’t overdo it with the saltwater though, it can dry out your nipples and chapped nipples are no fun. TCP should be fine as well, I used to use Band-Aid antiseptic foam. (Incredibly refreshing, and you can put it against one side of the piercing and make it shoot out the other. I’m not kidding! It’s great for when it feels like something is stuck in there.) Just stay away from peroxide (it damages the good cells) and alcohol (burns like mad, and will seriously dry out your nipples).
