warm mild soapy water(tiny bit of washing up liquid or something) and a sponge-if it is a good paint job and you don’t scrub to hard this will be fine-you may need to rinse with plain water after. If stubborn dirt may need to re-paint-if you use silk paint this is a tougher finish-but make sure you prep well as shiny paint shows up all the flaws on the walls.
