How to clean an Amethyst that is a green gemstone?
It is always better to rinse and wash a colored stone with lukewarm water and mid liquid soap. Same applies to green Amethysts. Then it should be dried in a cool place with a lint-free cloth. It should be professionally polished by professional jeweler quite regularly. Excess heat might fade the color of those green stones. So, avoid sunlight while wearing them.
