Don’t buff, it wears down the laser scale on your disc (it would be like rubbing paint off your car not knowing it.) Get some rubbing alcohol and put it on a Q-tip. Place the q-tip on the center of the disc, then wipe it off towards the edge of the disc. Always clean your discs starting from the center and working toward the outer. Dont buff your discs, you will eventually sorry you did.
