(a) Ring Bobbin is extremely crucial to perfect running of spindle. (b)Ring Bobbins are to be used as per correct ISO Specification to suit the spindle taper and dimensions. (c) Clearance between Bobbin and Spindle at DUI should be 0.15 mm (Ring Frame / Bobbin Maker specification to be followed) (d) Bobbin Inner Diameter should be such so as to enter the spindle smoothly at a load of 700 gms to 1000 gms. Taper to be decided by bobbin maker as per spindle drawing. (e) Overhang of Bobbin over spindle top should not exceed 20 mm.
