How to check the GPS reception?
To test the pairing of your device, check the GPS reception settings in the application. From Main menu, display the GPS Information notice. There are 3 possible connection statuses: • GPS not connected: the GPS is not connected. • Invalid GPS data: the GPS is connected but cannot capture any valid position. • Receiving GPS data: the GPS is connected and captures a valid position. The following informations are displayed: your location, the number of connected satellites, your car speed and the direction you are driving to. The GPS reception settings must show that the reception is valid to allow real time navigation. You can all the same start driving: enter your start address and select the Waiting for GPS option. Notes about GPS reception According to the quality of satellite transmission, initializing your GPS device may last from seconds to several minutes.
