There is no way to check video card via screen ,because monitor saying no signal.If u have desktop computer , then check ur monitor cable has properly connected to CPU or not & for card , u open ur CPU ,check whether it properly placed to the jacket or not. IF monitor shows Signal then u just go to device manager(inside windows) to check responses of video card & proceed as per ur knowledge.
