How to check firewall settings on my Windows XP or Vista?

Open your computer “Control Panel” and looking for “Windows firewall”, go to tab “Exceptions”, check to see if “AtHomeVideo Streaming Server” was added. Otherwise, click on “Add Program..” to add it. Check to see if you enable “Display a notification when Windows Firewall blocks a program” This way, at least it let you know if a program is blocked. If you have other third party firewall or anti-virus software, like ZoneAlarm, etc. check to see if you can unblock the streaming server. Please also note that some routers have firewall settings too, which can block all incoming connections, please login to your router and check out.
